Michael Atalla
Vice President, WW Technical & Integrated Marketing F5, Inc.

Michael Atalla is Vice President of Worldwide Technical & Integrated Marketing at F5, where he leads a global organization responsible for F5’s end-to-end go-to-market strategy and approach from vision to the last mile. In his role, he oversees solutions and use case value marketing, integrated campaign strategy, channel and alliances marketing, technical communities, and global field marketing. Michael also sits on the board of directors at both City Year Seattle and the Yellow Wood Academy, nonprofits focused on improving equity and access in education across racial and neurodiversity boundaries. As a volunteer, Michael invests his time mentoring students in underserved communities from the elementary through college levels and in supporting teachers better utilize education technology inside the classroom. Michael has called the Pacific Northwest home for over 22 years and resides in Western Washington with his wife and two children.

Nilesh Buddhdeo is a leader in Deloitte's SAP Enterprise Performance Management and Analytics practice. He has 21 years of consulting experience with the last 18 years focused on SAP technologies. During this period he has led multiple transformations within finance, supply chain and sales operations across multiple industries.

Director Optiv Security

Luis currently serves as a cyber & strategic risk leader at Optiv Security, leading client services for Optiv's most influential clients and markets. He is responsible for delivering practical risk reduction offerings across the spectrum of cybersecurity domains. Prior to joining Optiv, Luis spent a combined 18 years in Deloitte's Cyber Risk practice and in the US National Security and Intelligence Community.

Josh Chaitin
Social Impact Communications Consultant

Josh Chaitin has made Seattle home for nearly 30 years, moving to the great Northwest from the East Coast as a teen. Throughout his career, he’s helped develop and launch campaigns across a broad range of industries, including outdoor recreation, real estate, apparel, automotive, technology, food, health and wellness and many others. He has worked with emerging brands like Theo Chocolate, established brands like Subaru of America and Nordstrom, and institutions like The Seattle Cancer Care Alliance to address a broad range of issues, from access to health care, to creating opportunities for underserved communities, to advocating for the protection of public lands.

Josh led Edelman’s Business + Social Purpose practice group in Seattle, where he helped launch REI’s #OptOutside campaign, in addition to working with the co-op on their efforts to engage more people in the outdoors, to promote and protect wild places across the USA, and to create more leadership opportunities for women in the outdoor industry.

He has helped companies like Vulcan demonstrate their commitment to sustainability through their redevelopment of Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, and has helped organizations like FSG work with business leaders to create meaningful career opportunities for populations that have traditionally faced barriers to employment.

Josh is driven to use communications to help businesses lead the way in sustainability and social responsibility, and to find ROI in their efforts to create a better world. He holds an MPA from the University of Washington’s Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts from The Evergreen State College. He lives in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood with his wife, two teenage sons, and two very enthusiastic Goldendoodles, Finn and Murphy.

Believing strongly that education creates opportunity, Jeff has been a City Year supporter for years.

Practitioner-in-Residence Center for Reinventing Public Education

As a resident of Southeast Seattle and former principal and teacher, Bree Dusseault believes deeply in working with families and community to create schools that will realize their hopes and dreams for students. Bree currently serves as the Practitioner-in-Residence of Center for Reinventing Public Education, a nonpartisan research center that studies efforts to rewire the system for school coherence, ongoing improvement, and excellence for every student—moving from the classroom, to the school, to policy implications.

Gavin P. Sullivan is a Principal at Madrona Bureau where he has written, produced and directed award winning feature documentary, TV programming, and commercial work. His approach to visual media is informed by his experience as a Senior Reporter with the Financial Times Group where he held correspondent posts in Latin America (Buenos Aires and Bogotá) and the US (Seattle). He is a former Rotary World Peace Fellow and US Fulbright Scholar.
